2. Quick Club Business Notes
   Nominations forms were in last month's newsletters and the election will be held next month.
   New flyer and newsletter design. Opinions??
   Currently seeking volunteer for newsletter editor. Plenty of existing support currently exists; ie. article submissions, proofing, advertising!
3. Introduction of speaker and presentation: Sean Furney of The Aquarium Exchange.
4. 1:30 Presentation: Native Oklahoma Species and Inhabitants
5. Special Announcements / Auction closing
   Executive Committee Meeting, Saturday October 27th (Agenda on back) Important that all Committee chairs attend; Kelly Higgins, Brad Newton, Joe Anderson, Lee Gans, and Noel Cote.
6. Discuss December Informal Options. (where/when/what to eat??)
7. Public Relations Tour Group Projects. (DELAYED?)
   Team up to go and meet local retailers and present new flyers/brochures. Attempt to get support for next year and possible membership and/or advertising commitments.

  Who wants it mailed/ who wants it emailed? Need a List!
  Need a new Editor. Sean no longer able to continue.
  Currently working with Acrobat so that newsletter can be emailed out.
  Exchange Program with other clubs will be handled by Bailin.
  Advertising will be handled by Kelly.
  One local company already interested. Two other internet businesses and one small retailer in NY are interested as well.
• Public Relations
  Discuss results of October 14 PR Tour. Ideas for improvements?
  
• Membership/Fundraising
  Door prizes/donations?
  Dual committee work, Kelly and Noel. Would like you to come up with sponsorships and/or donators on regular basis.
• Breeders Award Program (ideas for?)

  Noel to comment on Awards Program and Membership ID cards

  Spring or Summer auction/quasi-convention planning???
• Membership retention and/or recruitment ideas??

• Non-profit status is official. Currently working on tax id # application for banking purposes.
